Hi, I’m Marla Fernandez Benavides—a first-generation American, mediator, and entrepreneur with a mission to create meaningful change in our communities and beyond. Raised in a family that fled oppression for freedom, I learned early on the value of resilience, faith, and the power of clear, intentional communication.
From these roots, I’ve built a career and a movement centered on fostering harmony and resolving conflict—whether it’s in the courtroom, in business, or in our everyday lives. With a background as a paralegal and certified mediator, I’ve helped countless people find common ground during their most challenging moments.
