I first met my opponent during the abortion committee hearing in March of this year.
I arrived early with my son, and we sat through most of the day until midnight.
My opponent and her Leftist friends were scrambling to make abortion permanent.
My opponent’s egregious abortion bill is the most extreme bill in the country.
My son and I sat on the floor of the committee listening to women testify against this bill.
300 plus people testified that day. Only 50 people testified for it.
House Bill 22-1279 makes abortion a fundamental right.
Anything goes in this bill.
It fails to protect a woman from unscrupulous providers and removes the state from regulating the industry.
My opponent just said, “I’m going to redraft the bill to give providers MORE protection.”
We all know what her intent is – population control.
Her bill came days before the Supreme Court’s LEAKED decision to overturn Roe and Casey.
After nearly 50 years, Roe v. Wade — the flawed manufactured ruling called “right to abortion” — has been OVERTURNED.
The Supreme Court held that the constitution does not confer a right to abortion and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.
GUIDED BY THE HISTORY AND TRADITION THAT MAP THE ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS, THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT CLEARLY DOES NOT PROTECT THE RIGHT TO AN ABORTION.
What’s more, the Colorado abortion law does not protect women from egregious providers making money on killing unborn babies.
Furthermore, Colorado law kills unborn born babies up to the point of being born.
My opponent doesn’t care about women’s rights to health care and protecting our right to be free from egregious providers taking advantage of uninformed women.
Women don’t have equal protection in abortion. And unborn babies are definitely not protected from egregious abortion providers with an agenda toward population control.
Abortion destroys a “potential life.”
There is a critical moral question posed by abortion.
And the state has a moral obligation to protect the life and liberty of every citizen in their jurisdiction, born and unborn.
Overturning Roe is just the beginning.
My opponent’s abortion bill is one of the sickest abortion bills in the country and it passed our state legislation. The sadistic legislation (sponsored by Planned Parenthood) legalizes INFANTICIDE after birth.
I’ve not seen anything this depraved. I sent critical letters to house and senate committees against this sick bill.
